Management server for determining user-perceived quality of service cartography in a mobile communications network

The server (SG) has a processing module (MT) for determining a quality of service cartography within certain cells (C1-C3) of a mobile communication network, based on information transmitted to the network by mobile terminals such as mobile telephones (UE1-UE3) that establish a radio link with the cells. The information represents value taken by a parameter of quality of service in the link and identifiers of the cells. An independent claim is also included for a network management system for a mobile communication network and including a management server.
