A RECYCLING METHOD OF SPRAYING COOLING WATER FOR IRON MAKING PLANT

Disclosed is a method for removing suspension contained in cooling water for spray used in iron works, the method comprising steps of coagulating the suspended material in the cooling water used in a previous process performed in the iron works by dosing organic coagulation agent; conglomerating the mass coagulated by the organic coagulation agent into sludge by inputting polymer; and removing the sludge. With the application of the method for removing suspension using the organic coagulation agent, the removal of the suspension contained in the cooling water can be performed with efficiency and stability. Further, the amount of sludge generation may be reduced, so that the burden of processing the wasted material will be lessened correspondingly.
