PURPOSE: An adjuster is provided to make the structure simple and to reduce the cost by adjusting pressure between a tire and a cutter without measuring weight as the tire is controlled by the free descent of a weight bob. CONSTITUTION: An adjuster comprises a transfer conveyor belt(8) transferring a produced tire, a carrier(9) fixing the tire, a lift(10) lifting the tire when the tire is reached to a regular position on the conveyor belt, a chucking device(2) chucking the tire when the tire rises as much as a regular stroke, a body(1) attaching the chucking device, an LM(Lifting Magnet) guide(4) moving the chucking device rightward and leftward by attaching to the body, an air cylinder(3) moving the chucking device along the LM guide, a cutter(5) cutting the air bent of the tire, a bob for adjusting contact pressure, a pulley(7) connecting the bob to freely descend and a collector(11) collecting an air bent rubber by installing under the transfer conveyor belt.
