PURPOSE: A composition for a protection and for a remedy of a periodontal disease having derivatives of the triclosan and of the ursodesoxycholic acid, and the ulmus extract is provided to have the excellent sterilizing effect of oral bacilli and the excellent protecting effect of the periodontal disease, and to treat the periodontal disease. CONSTITUTION: The composition contains the triclosan 0.001 ¯ 1 wt%, the derivative of the ursodesoxycholic acid 0.001 ¯ 1 wt%, and the ulmus extract 0.001 ¯ 3 wt%. The triclosan comprises the 2,4,4¬1-tricloro-2¬1-hydroxydipenyl ether, has the antibiotic activation in a cell membrane of a bacillus, and has the excellent tooth remaining effect. The ulmus is the dried thing in the sun by picking a velamen of a stem part or a root part of the ulmus pumila, comprises the beta-sitosterol, the plant sterol, the tannin and so on.
