Livestock and a method of processing a highly treated effluent with a high concentration of a biological waste water such as sewage and industrial waste water is disclosed. This is advanced treatment methods, including coagulation sedimentation / flotation process, the ozone oxidation step, BAF (Biological aerated filtration) step, and the activated carbon adsorption step is carried out with respect to the effluent treated by the biological treatment processes.
