The manufacturing method of concrete mineral admixture utilizing discarded bentonite

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a concrete admixing material is provided, to obtain a concrete admixing material having a particle size of 150 micrometers or less by using the waste bentonite. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of drying the waste bentonite containing 90-95 % of moisture at a temperature of 100 deg.C for 24-36 hours to remove moisture; firstly pulverizing the dried waste bentonite to obtain a waste bentonite powder by using a pulverizer; sintering the waste bentonite powder in a thermostat electric furnace of 500-700 deg.C; cooling the sintered one to a room temperature; secondly drying the cooled one at a temperature of 100 deg.C for 24-36 hours to remove moisture; and secondly pulverizing the dried one by using a ball mill.
