PURPOSE: A wire comb for hair is provided which solidly winds up the accessories when putting hair decorating accessories such as wig and ribbon on the hair so that the accessories are stably put on the hair, and an apparatus and a method for forming the wire comb for hair are provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for forming a wire comb for hair comprises a power generating and transmitting part(10) comprising rotation shaft(12), pulley(15) and bevel gear(14b) and a pair of end cams(16a,16b); first cam rotation part(20) comprising rotation shaft(22), bevel gears(24a,24b) and a pair of cams(25a,25b), wherein the first cam rotation part is rotated with being interlockingly connected with the bevel gear of the power generating and transmitting part; second cam rotation part(30) comprising rotation shaft(32) and bevel gear(34); third cam rotation part(40) comprising rotation shaft(42), bevel gear(44) and a pair of cams(45a,45b); second base(50) which is installed on a base(1), on an upper surface of which a pair of grooves(51a,51b) are alternately arranged, and to the front surface of which wire inserting bar(54) is connected; first wire crossing part comprising rotation bar(63), rod having a certain diameter(65), pinion gear, back and forth moving bar, connection bar(68) and roller; second wire crossing part comprising bracket(71), pin contact bar(72), bracket and roller; first pin vertical transferring means; second pin vertical transferring means(90); a wire forming part(100) comprising a pair of guide rails, support, bracket, roller, "C" character shaped wire forming means and bracket pushing means; a forming wire extracting part comprising housing, a pair of rollers(112a,112b), rotation gears(113a,113b), rails(114), and spring(115) and spring pressing bolt(116); a wire heat treatment part comprising support(121), housing(122) and rail(123); and a roller rotating means(130) comprising rotation shaft, rotation bar, support, a pair of rotation bars and roller.
