The system has a data server (1) connected to a communication network. A man-machine interface (12) allows to input health measures (3) corresponding to an input medical data (2). The system has a remote terminal situated at the house of a patient. The terminal has an activation unit applying monitoring rules in a periodic manner and generating an alarm when the health measures are not executed by users.
