Automatic ultrasonic wave apparatus for inspecting welding defect

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically inspecting a welding defect by using an ultrasonic wave is provided to simultaneously inspect the welding defect in various welding lines by installing four ultrasonic probes at a Z-axis jig. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically inspecting a welding defect by using an ultrasonic wave includes an X-axis moving part(100). The X-axis moving part(100) includes a casing having an opened lower portion. A pair of guide rollers are supported by the casing and are installed in such a manner that the guide rollers are exposed to the lower portion of the casing. A traveling pinion gear is positioned between the pair of guide rollers. An X-axis driving motor(140) supported by the casing simultaneously drives the guide roller and the traveling pinion gear by using a power transmitting device.
