The device has a combustion chamber (3) mounted on a blower discharge (11) in order to arrange an annular conduit (21) between them for circulation of fresh air from air blowers (7a, 7b). The chamber includes a set of injection conduits (29a, 29b) for injecting fresh air circulating in the annular conduit. The chamber has a heating body (5) producing combustion gas. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a carriage ship including liquefied gas containers and a gas incinerating device (B) a gas terminal including an incinerating device.
