However, due to the current situation in which the development of natural resources existing in Korea has been suppressed due to the strengthening of environmental policies such as global environmental preservation and national land preservation, it is becoming increasingly difficult to secure raw materials for plastic bricks and to replace these resources. There is an urgent need to develop materials. As alternative materials, industrial wastes such as coal ash, waste gypsum, dust, and waste foundry sand are being considered. Among them, coal ash has characteristics similar to those of kaolin, which is suitable as a raw material for calcined bricks.;However, in the prior art, the amount of coal ash in the fired bricks does not exceed 50 wt%. This is because the plasticity of the coal ash mixture is drastically lowered when the amount of coal ash added in the coal ash mix is more than 50wt%, and vacuum extrusion is impossible in the molding process. In addition, even if the coal is added in the amount of 50 wt% or more coal by the press method, a crack occurs in the firing process, there is a problem that the compressive strength of the fired brick is lowered.;Therefore, the present invention is to replace the 50 ~ 86.2wt% of the natural raw materials used in the production of calcined bricks with coal to improve the problems of the prior art as described above, as well as reducing the production cost and strength characteristics of the calcined bricks Instead, it aims to achieve protection of the natural environment by recycling coal ash and reducing the use of natural resources.
