PURPOSE: Provided are a mushroom lactic acid fermented solution including effective ingredients for decreasing blood sugar level, and a method for manufacturing the solution. Therefore, the manufactured solution is useful for the treatment of type II diabetes. CONSTITUTION: The mushroom lactic acid fermented solution is characteristically manufactured by lactic acid fermentation of a medium which is homogenized with 0.1-10 wt.% of a mushroom extract and 90-99 wt.% of lactic acid bacteria medium. The mushroom lactic acid fermented solution contains 1-20 wt.% of defatted milk powder, 8-15 wt.% of oligosaccharide, 0.8-1.5 wt.% of dextrin and the balance of purified water.
