NANOCOMPOSITES HAVING GOOD HAZE PROPERTIES AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an acrylate nanocomposite and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to prepare an acrylate resin and an organic layered silicate sufficiently dispersed in a polar organic solvent, respectively, and then mix them, and nanocomposite in solution to prepare a film. Thus, not only the heat resistance and optical properties of the acrylate resin and the mechanical properties of the organic layered silicate are expressed, but also unlike the conventional polymer resin nanocomposites in which the layered inorganic material is dispersed, the acrylate nano is more transparent due to excellent haze properties. It relates to a composite material and a method of manufacturing the same.
