the present invention is the use of centrifugal force and microfluidic channels by way of fine- particle separation by centrifugal force with it as a density separation using the difference between the fine particles and fluid shortening the separation time using the microfluidic channel, each of the fine particles and the fluid can be easily separated . More specifically , the present invention is configured to include a fine channel connected to the reservoir and the reservoir formed on the disc , rotating the disc, thereby applying a pressure to the fluid to quickly remove the fluids and particles by centrifugal force . The present invention is useful as a sample preparation device that enables the analysis to separate in a short period of time in the blood plasma of the subject in the medical diagnostic device .
