The present invention relates to a method for producing barium titanyl oxalate powder and a method for producing titanium based perovskite type ceramic raw powder, more particularly, the present invention is to provide a method by which barium titanyl oxalate powder having a high substitution ratio of another alkaline earth metal element substituted with Ba in a Ba site can industrially and advantageously be produced and to provide an industrial and advantageous method for producing titanium based perovskite type ceramic raw powder using the barium titanyl oxalate powder.
