The present invention is for optically controlling a two-dimensional phased array antenna (PAA) system, wherein a 2 × 2 optical switch in which the same column operates in a bar state or a cross state at the same time. Two-dimensional beams configured to be scanned by a wavelength-dependent optical time-delay (TTD) using a thermal and optical fiber delay line and a direction perpendicular to that direction by a wavelength-independent optical real-time delay line. It relates to a molding machine.;To this end, in wavelength-dependent and wavelength-independent optical TTDs, the time delay difference input to the array antenna element is linearly adjusted through an optical fiber delay line matrix composed of 2 × 2 optical switches having optical fiber delay lines connected to a cross port. In particular, both wavelength-dependent and wavelength-independent optical TTDs are capable of transmitting and receiving high frequency RF signals above X-band, and simultaneously switching each 2 × 2 optical switch array using an electrically operated switch controller.
