Provided are a bio-tech drink composition which decreases hangover, relieves thirst and is effective as a dietary drink, and a method for manufacturing the drink composition. The bio-tech drink composition comprises 100 parts by weight of polygonatum; and 40-60 parts by weight of at least one selected from the group consisting of Pueraria thunbergiana, Saururus chinensis Baill., a chrysanthemum, and Plantago asiatica. Preferably the bio-tech drink composition comprises further 0.2-9 parts by weight of at least one additive selected from the group consisting of high fructose corn syrup, citric acid, vitamin and a concentrated tangerine juice.
