A reinforcement joint structure is provided to remove the slip formation caused by the play between a reinforcing bar and a coupler, to shorten a period of construction by reducing the injection time of filler by using a pocket type filler when connecting couplers and to improve the mechanical strength of reinforcing bars by installing a wedge on the front of a reinforcing bar and spreading filler evenly. A reinforcement joint structure comprises: a coupler(40) connecting a primary spiral reinforcement(200) provided with a screw thread(200a) and a secondary spiral reinforcement(300) provided with a screw thread(300a), and having a hole(42) to check if filler spreads properly in a coupler; a wedge(20) made with metallic materials, FRP, PVC, etc. and coupled to the front of one of the spiral reinforcements; a capsule type filler(30) composed of cement mortar or resins and placed between the primary spiral reinforcement and the secondary spiral reinforcement in the coupler and burst/spread by the wedge; and a stopper(50) coupled to the outer circumference of one of the primary spiral reinforcement and the secondary spiral reinforcement.
