A method for providing a video call service of a mobile communication terminal in a weak electric-field environment is provided to reduce audio disconnection by preferentially and repeatedly transmitting audio data when the weak electric-field conditions occur, thereby securing minimum speech quality by voice. A method for providing a video call service of a mobile communication terminal in a weak electric-field environment comprises the following steps of: enabling a receiving terminal(200) to determine the weak electric-field environment according to whether audio data and image data, transmitted from a transmitting terminal(100), are lost during a video call; enabling the receiving terminal(200) to request to preferentially transmit the audio data if it is determined that the mobile communication terminal is in the weak electric-field environment; enabling the transmitting terminal(100) to generate a transmittable amount of audio data in response to the request and repeatedly transmit the audio data predetermined times; and enabling the receiving terminal(200) to process the audio data in order that the audio data is continuously reproduced when the audio data is received.
