Provided is a machine for cutting garlic stalk and sorting garlic, which has a cutter with improved cutting property, controls the cutting length of garlic stalk, prevents damage of garlic, sorts various garlics, and is low in production cost. The machine for cutting garlic stalk and sorting garlic comprises: a supplier(60) that supplies garlic in order; an arrangement device(100) that is supplied with garlic from the supplier(60), arranges the garlic so as to turn garlic stalk down, and supplies the arranged garlic to a cutter(200); the cutter(200) that cuts the stalk of garlic supplied from the arrangement device(100) and is installed at the rear of a sorter(300) for the convenience of transfer; and the sorter(300) that sorts garlics supplied from the cutter(200).
