A method for manufacturing a submarine pressure hull minimizing a welding portion between an outer plate and a flange is provided to shorten the manufacturing process by reducing the number of welding portions. In a method for manufacturing a submarine pressure hull, a flange(2) is manufactured using one member. A ring frame(4) is manufactured by welding a web(3) along the outer circumference of the flange. A single pipe is finished by welding a plurality of ring frames so that an outer plate is fitted to the circumference of the web. Only one welding line is formed in the outer plate by using one plate so that the outer plate is fitted to the circumference of the wed.
