CONSTRUCTION OF ARTIFICIAL FLOATING WETLAND WITH A INCLINED MULTI-STEP TYPE AS A USAGE OF SEWAGE PURIFICATION

A noble inclined multistep type artificial floating wetland for sewage treatment which, as a technology for free water surface treatment type artificial wetland, prevents generation of odor or exposure of sediments to the outside as they are, effectively treats a large quantity of sewage, and is simply maintained and repaired is provided. An inclined multistep type artificial floating wetland for sewage treatment comprises: a inclined multistep type structure(100) which comprises receiving parts(60) formed in respective steps so that sewage is received in the receiving parts, and which is getting lowered as it goes from an upstream side for flowing in sewage to a downstream side for discharging purified sewage; and a porous supporting media(20) which is horizontally inserted into the receiving parts, and in which aquatic plants(10) are planted. The steps having the receiving parts that receive sewage are formed in such a shape that the steps have small surface areas in a depth direction. The porous supporting media are a natural rubber coated coconut fiber mat.
