A repair/reinforcement method for lining and pressing conduit non-excavation mortar is provided to simply maintain the structure by using a repairing tool operating pneumatic pressure, to improve quality by making the inner surface of reinforcing materials smooth, to make thickness of the reinforcing materials uniform and enhance construction efficiency by adopting a lining or pressing method instead of plastering by the human labors or robot, and to promote ecological effects. A repair/reinforcement method for lining and pressing conduit non-excavation mortar comprises the steps for forming a mortar lining reinforcing material(15) in an overlapped state after coating water-stable cement mortar on a fiber-reinforced sheet; integrating the mortar lining reinforcing material with a repairing tool(6) by overlapping a rubber tube(13) of the repairing tool to a predetermined length shorter than circumference of a repaired pipe(1); moving the mortar lining reinforcing material and the repairing tool to a joint portion or an injured portion(3) of the repaired pipe; injecting predetermined pneumatic pressure into the rubber tube of the mortar lining reinforcing material and the repairing tool and hardening the mortar lining reinforcing material; and removing the pneumatic pressure from the rubber tube of the repairing tool and retreating from the joint portion or the injured portion of the repaired pipe to finish the repair work.
