A lining structure of underground water tank using nonwoven-stainless steel sheet is provided to efficiently discharge infiltration or ground water to the outside through a drainage canal which is formed in one side of a perforated pipe mounted in a each corner of the water tank. The lining structure of underground water tank using nonwoven-stainless steel sheet comprises: a nonwoven-stainless steel sheet connected by an uniform thickness to a concrete surface(420) inside a water tank body(400) so as to block an infiltration water which flows into the water tank body(400) when a crack is caused in the latter(400), and to guide it in the extended direction of the sheet; and a tubular perforated pipe(200) arranged between the nonwoven-stainless steel sheet and the concrete surface(420) in the corner of the water tank body(400) so as to discharge the infiltration water, guided by the nonwoven-stainless steel sheet to the outside.
