UNDERWATER FLOATING UNIT, METHOD FOR CONTROIIING A BUOYANCY THEREOF AND UTILIZING METHOD OF A UNDERWATER FARM USING THE SAME

Provided is a farming system of a sea squirt nursery that has a built-in buoyancy controller to minimize natural damages of the farming system caused by ocean waves and maximize productivity per unit area. The farming system of a sea squirt nursery includes a fixed body of high specific gravity, a nursery with a built-in buoyancy controller, and a height-adjustable rope for connecting the fixed body and the nursery. The nursery has a plurality of buoyancy control holes(17) through which air is discharged by water pressure when the farming system sinks to water. Also, a small buoyance space(12) is formed inside the nursery for maintaining the upright position of the nursery in the water without air injection. A lower opening circular plate(16) has a hole, so that a diver is able to inject and provide air to a buoyancy control space(13), thereby preventing the nursery from sinking to the water.
