摘要

The possible quadrature phase control output voltage controlled oscillator and a quadrature phase control method is disclosed. The quadrature output voltage controlled oscillator has a first oscillation, the second oscillation unit, the first current source, a second current source, and a phase compensation circuit. First oscillation generates inphase oscillation signal by receiving the quadrature-phase oscillation signal. A second oscillation unit generates the oscillation signal to the quadrature received inphase oscillation signal. The first current source providing a first bias current to the first oscillation. The second current source providing a second bias current to the second oscillation unit. Receiving a phase compensation circuit and the output signal quadrature-phase output signal and the phase detection of mismatches between the two signal values, in response to the phase mismatching value controls the first and second bias current to complementary. Therefore, quadrature output voltage controlled oscillator can control precisely the orthogonal relationship between the inphase component and a quadrature-phase signal component, it is possible to remove an image frequency of the radio signal receiver effectively.
