The present invention relates to a method for producing an amine compound which can be used as a raw material for producing an epoxy resin and a polyurethane curing agent and polyurea as waste raw material.;The amine compound of the present invention is prepared by mixing 10 to 90% of caprolactam in waste polyurethane and heating it to about 200 ° C.
