PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a machining margin sharply at the time of polishing each circumference of a pin and a journal by machining each outer circumferential surface of the pin and the journal roughly machined by a peripheral rough machining tip by a cutter on one side into a medium finishing cut with a cutter on the other. SOLUTION: When the machining of a fourth pin P4 was over, a cutter head 4 at the right is shifted to a third pin P3 , and the cutter head 4 at the right so far having been on standby to the fourth pin P4 , respectively and in a state that a fourth journal is supported by a rest 6 of a left side cutter head 4, a peripheral surface of the third pin P3 is roughly machined by a peripheral rough machining tip 5b of a cutter 5, and simultaneously the side of a counterweight 3a is machined by a side machining tip 5c. In addition, a peripheral surface of the fourth pin P4 is machined into medium finishing by a peripheral medium finishing tip 7b of a cutter 7 installed in the right cutter head 4, and at the same time, each R-groove 3b at both sides of the fourth pin P4 is machined by an R-groove machining tip 7c.
