PURPOSE: Provided are a digital printing fabric sheet which has the good light transparency, water resistance and ink adhesion, and a preparation method thereof, and a resin panel polymer using the fabric sheet and a preparation method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the digital printing fabric sheet comprises the following steps: making a coating by mixing 1 to 10 wt.% of hydrophilic ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) resin, 0.3 to 5 wt.% of polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) resin, 0.3 to 5 wt.% of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) resin, 0.5 to 10 wt.% of an ink fixing agent, 1 to 10 wt.% of nano-sized silica sol, 0.1 to 1 wt.% of a nonionic surfactant to 50 to 100 wt.% of a solvent(water), and stirring homogeneously; coating or padding the coating on the polyester fabric which is neither sized nor scoured; and drying the coated polyester fabric at the temperature of 80 to 190 deg.C.
