IN VIVO CALIBRATION METHOD FOR SUBCUTANEOUS AMPEROMETRIC GLUCOSE SENSORS WHICH ENABLES TWO-POINT CALIBRATION WITH SINGLE BLOOD GLUCOSE MEASUREMENT BASED ON DIRECT MEASUREMENT OF BACKGROUND CURRENT USING A NON-ENZYME ELECTRODE AND SYSTEM THEREFOR
In vivo calibration method for an implantable bio-sensor using the current meter blood glucose non-enzyme electrode, and a system it is provided for them. Calibration method for the bio-implantable glucose sensors comprising the step of performing a correction by the background current, characterized in that the background current is directly measured by a non-enzyme electrode without glucose injection from the outside. System used in the above method is the two electrodes includes the second one of the two electrodes the electrode is an enzyme electrode, and the other one electrode is the component and tissue, such as the enzyme electrode under the condition that does not include the enzymes having non-enzyme electrode, and a correction to quantify the in vivo blood glucose is performed by a direct measurement of the background current due to the non-enzyme electrode. According to the above calibration method and system, the conventional one-point calibration of convenience and to-methods - the accuracy of the calibration points were achieved at the same time.
