PURPOSE: A method for producing a nanostructure of an iron catalyst for Fenton oxidation of wastewater is provided to solve problems of Fenton oxidation, such as the generation of iron slurry, demand for additional pH setting, residual hydrogen peroxide fluid after the reaction, to improve the catalyst efficiency due to increased surface area of the catalyst, and to save the cost on a wastewater treatment. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a nanostructure of an iron catalyst for Fenton oxidation comprises; forming reduced iron from ionic iron as a starting material with a reducing agent; carrying out template synthesis of the reduced iron by using a membrane; and calcining the resultant at the temperature range of 100-1000deg.C, wherein the ionic iron is selected from iron acetate, iron sulfate, iron ammonium, iron hydrochloride, iron carbonate, iron bromide, iron fluorinate, iron oxalate and iron phosphate, and the reducing agent is selected from hydrazines or borohydrides.
