METHOD FOR STUDYING LANGUAGE USING VOICE RECOGNITION FUNCTION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A radio communication device with speech recognition function that can examine the accuracy of pronunciation is provided to help language study. CONSTITUTION: The language study using the radio communication device where conversation data is stored is performed by the following steps : (i) reading the stored conversation data and outputting the data into voice ; (ii) encoding voice of a user pronouncing through a microphone and comparing the encoded voice with the output conversation data ; and then (iii) displaying the compared result on a screen if the encoded voice of the user coincides with the stored conversation data. The output conversation data pre-stored in the device is also expressed on the screen and the stored data can be repeatedly output into voice. The conversation data can be input by the user through a key input part after the output of the data and examined.
