PURPOSE: Provided is a UV curable acrylate oligomer, which has excellent cigarette resistance to improve durability of a flooring material, and forms a UV curable coating composition having excellent anti-fouling property and adhesion with time. CONSTITUTION: The UV curable acrylate oligomer is represented by formula 1, wherein R3 is an aliphatic, alicyclic or aromatic compound, or oligomers thereof; X is a compound represented by formula 4, 5 or 6; and Y is a polyester polyol represented by formula 2 or a polyether polyol represented by formula 3. The UV curable acrylate oligomer is prepared by the process comprising the steps of: reacting a chlorine- containing polyester polyol represented by formula 2 and a polyether polyol represented by formula 3 with a part of isocyanate functional groups in an isocyanate compound selected from the group consisting of aliphatic, alicyclic and aromatic isocyanates and oligomers thereof; and further reacting unreacted isocyanate groups with a hydroxyl-containing acrylate represented by formula 4, a hydroxyl-containing fluoromonomer represented by formula 5, i.e., CF3(R2)CHR9OH (wherein R2 is H and R9 is a C2-C4 alkylene), and a hydroxyl-containing polyalkylene glycol macromer represented by formula 6: In formula 2, R3 is a C2-C6 aliphatic or aromatic compound having 2-4 of Cl groups, R5 is a C2-C10 aliphatic or aromatic compound, and m is 1-4. In formula 3, each of R6 and R7 is a C2-C10 aliphatic or aromatic compound, and o is 1-20. In formulas 4 and 6, R1 is H or CH3; and R8 is a C2-C6 alkylene.
