PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make at least one of ring cores comprising a material layer with high magnetic permeability so as to be usable as a ferromagnetic core by installing a secondary inductive element which is able to related to a primary inductive element for forming a generator, and making both these primary and secondary inductive elements possible to be moved with each other. SOLUTION: An assembly consisting of winding and a bead core 22 is produced in a bead 28 of a tire 20 together with a bead filler as one device wherein it is assembled together with such a circuit as using a generated electric current, and in this constitution, more than one of magnets is locked to a wheel hub, or it is united in a body with a vehicle chassis comprising a wheel 18 attached to the tire 20 guiding the electric current to the winding. If the magnet is an electric magnet 36 being fed with an alternating current, a generator operates when the wheel 18 is rotated and when the wheel stops. If the magnet is a permanent magnet or another electromagnet fed with a direct current, the generator operates only when the wheel 18 is rotating.
