A FRAMING APPARATUS AND A FRAMING METHOD IN A MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

Disclosed is a framing device and method in a mobile communication system. A specific user from among a plurality of users and a session belonging to the specific user are selected by the packet scheduling algorithm. The sessions belonging to the same user are multiplexed in consideration of an AMC (adaptive modulation and coding) option on the selected user and the session, to thereby configure a single frame. Therefore, a number of sessions configured in a single frame is increased, fairness between users is maximized, and system performance by the total throughput and delay is improved.
