A method of measuring a structural light based 3D depth image using signal separation coding and error correction is provided to discriminate an original signal even if a plurality of signals are overlapped with each other. A transmission side address is allocated with respect to a signal corresponding to each pixel of an object to be measured(S1). A signal including the transmission side address is coded by radiating a plurality of optical patterns onto the signal through a projecting device(S2). The coded signal is inputted into an image receiving device(S3). The received signal is separated so as to restore an address(S4). A position of the pixel is determined by using the transmission side address and the restored address(S5).
