PURPOSE: An interface device and method of a home location register of a CDMA mobile telephone network system with improved signal processing performance are provided to reduce system overhead when a plurality of messages are transmitted, decrease waste of system resources and improve processing speed. CONSTITUTION: An interface device of a home location register of a CDMA mobile telephone network system includes a reception thread(338) interfaced with a predetermined signal processing board, and an operator thread(336) for processing a management message from system-7 stack manager to transmit the processed message to the signal processing board and receiving the response to inform the system-7 stack manager of the reception. The interface device further has an NSP block interface thread(332) interfacing data messages and status messages with an NSP block, and a watch dog thread(334) for managing the threads.
