ZIG ASSEMBLY FOR PREPARING IRON BAR MESH, PROCESS FOR PREPARING IRON BAR MESH USING THE SAID ZIG ASSEMBLY, AND PROCESS FOR CONSTRUCTION UTILIZING THE IRON BAR MESH

PURPOSE: A fixture assembly is provided to improve the quality of work using steel reinforcing and to reduce the number of workers, the time for construction and cost. CONSTITUTION: Two pairs of fixtures are composed of an outer fixture having an outer circular member, an inner circular member supported by many support units and an inner fixture connected with the outer fixture via support axes. The fixtures are fixed on many support axes. The outer fixture is placed in the upper of rollers(50,51). The wire of a rotary actuator is connected to a certain portion of the inner circular member. By using the rotatable jig assembly, steel reinforcing assembly is prepared. Construction is performed by using the steel reinforcing assembly.
