PURPOSE: A wall panel using transparent insulation attached with a natural ventilator is provided to heighten the thermal and adiabatic efficiencies by restraining the heat loss and radiation loss by convection current and to control a natural ventilator installed for overheating prevention in summer automatically according to the temperature of the outside air. CONSTITUTION: The wall panel using transparent insulation attached with a natural ventilator contains: an external panel(11) connected to the edge of an internal panel formed to have an appointed space and installed to have the appointed thickness; transparent insulation(13) inserted to a space of the internal panel and provided with an air layer, a suction port and an exhaust port; and shutters(12,14) installed to the suction port and the exhaust port to be rotated respectively and connected with a shape memory alloy(15).
