A Method of Charging a Mobile Video Telephony Service in a WCDMA Network

This method of charging a video call service in WCDMA network is proposed. The method according to the WCDMA network having a receiving terminal , the source terminal and the network side , and sets the service call to a video call between the calling terminal and the receiving terminal . Then , the far end of the image screen is opened at least one of a sound delivered from the calling terminal and the receiving terminal to deliver the correct time to the video call service provider or a billing system after the completion of the setting to the call to the network informing passes the service start message (START SERVICE).
