Ceramic Composition for Green Sheet Having Superior Strength, Preparing Method of Green Sheet And Green Sheet Prepared Thereby

Provided are a ceramic composition having superior strength, a process for producing the same with using a binder of polar polymer and non-polar polymer and a green sheet obtained by the same with excellent formability and interlayer adhesion ability. The ceramic composition comprises 25-50 wt.% of ceramic powder, 5-25 wt.% of a binder composed of polyvinyl alcohol and polyolefin in a weight ratio of 0.45-19; 0.5-20 wt. parts of a compatibility endowing agent per 100 wt. parts of polyolefin; 0.1-10 wt. parts of a coupling agent per 100 wt. parts of the ceramic powder; and the balance of solvent. The ceramic composition is prepared into a green sheet by extrusion, gelation under a rapid cooling condition and drawing processes. The prepared green sheet can improve interlayer adhesion and prevent cracks and/or delamination possibly generated during production of high lamination electronic elements, plasticization of the binder and ceramic calcining process.
