A structure for installing a shock-absorbing facility of a high-level road pier is provided to improve structural stability of the pier by absorbing and moderating external force even in a collision with a vehicle around plural piers supporting a high-level road. A structure for installing a shock-absorbing facility of a high-level road pier(1) comprises a pair of pier supports(10) formed to the same inner diameter with the outer diameter of the pier, divided into two to shape a circular structure surrounding the pier in combining each other, and formed with a screw thread(12) on the outer diameter and a supporting flange(16) at the lower side to be supported by the bottom and to have a concentric rail groove(14); a pair of upper supporting frames(20) formed with a screw combining unit(22) to be combined with the screw thread of the pier support and a concentric guide rail(24) vertically faced with the rail groove of the pier support; a tension wire(30) fitted on the rail groove of the pier support and the guide rail of the upper supporting frame to maintain tension by adjusting height of the upper supporting frame and made of a high-elastic rubber material resisting against the external force; and a spring member(34) interposed between the tension wires on the rail groove or the guide rail to generate the tensile force so as to maintain a certain distance between the tension wires even under the external force.
