SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING OF RECYCLING AGGREGATE THAT USE VERTICAL TYPE IMPACT MILL FOR WASTE CONCRETE CRUSH

A system for producing recycled aggregate is provided to improve the particle shape and degree of the recycled aggregate and to supply the aggregate and sand with a high quality by crushing the mortar lump supplied together with the recycled aggregate and removing the mortar from the surface of the recycled aggregate. The system for producing the recycled aggregate by using a vertical type impact mill comprises: a vibrating feeder(100), sorting the recycled aggregate; a magnetic sorting device(150); a vertical type impact mill(200), which crushes the mortar lump supplied together with the recycled aggregate from the vibrating feeder(100) through the magnetic sorting device(150) by using the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of a rotating plate and the compression of a rubber cap, and simultaneously exfoliates the surface of the recycled aggregate; a vibrating screen(300), sorting the crushed and surface-exfoliated recycled aggregate according to the size thereof; and a washing device(700), washing the surface of the sorted aggregate.
