A method and a system for supporting an embedded application program in a smart phone are provided to prevent a specific application program from being deleted in the smart phone by implementing the embedded application program to a platform of an application program type. A computer(10) converts a program code of the embedded application program into text data and transmits the text data by being included to constant data. The smart phone(50) builds the platform by receiving the embedded application program from the computer and performs a runtime link according to an execution request signal of the embedded application program. The computer is a web server connected to the smart phone through the communication network(30).
