A three-dimensional measurement data inspecting method using parametric tolerance is provided to automatically change an allowable tolerance value by changing only a parametric tolerance value without selecting all curved surfaces of design data and changing all tolerance values to change an allowable tolerance zone of the design data. A method for inspecting three-dimensional measurement data by setting parametric tolerance for each allowable tolerance included in design data includes the steps of: detecting the design data of an object by a control unit and setting the parametric tolerance by classifying the allowable tolerances used for the detected design data(S100,S110); designating the parametric tolerance set by the control unit, to the design data(S120); comparing the measurement data of the object detected through a scanner by the control unit, with the design data(S130,S140,S150); and making out a report for displaying the inspection result of the measurement data, according to the compared result by the control unit or correcting the parametric tolerance(S170,S180).
