METHOD FOR SOLIDIFYING SOIL AND INDUSTRIAL WASTES, AND SOIL AND INDUSTRIAL WASTES SOLIDIFIED BY THE METHOD

A solidification method of soil and industrial waste is provided to produce solidified materials with improved density, strength, flexibility and water-resistant or water-proofing property by using a solidifying agent as binder for the solidified material, which comprises emulsified asphalt, emulsifying agent, hydrochloric acid, calcium chloride, lignin and oleic acid and surfactant. The solidification method is performed by solidifying an admixture containing 3-20wt.% of cement, 3-15wt.% of a solidifying agent, and the balance of soil or industrial waste or mixture thereof. The solidifying agent includes 25-35wt.% of emulsified asphalt, 0.05-0.20wt.% of an emulsifying agent for asphalt, 0.1-0.3wt.% of hydrochloric acid, 0.01-0.05wt.% of calcium chloride, 0.1-0.5wt.% of lignin, 0.01-0.05wt.% of oleic acid, 0.005-0.030wt.% of surfactant and the balance of water. The soil is granite soil alone or a mixture containing granite soil. The industrial waste is slag, powdery slag, waste concrete, sludge along or mixture of two or more thereof.
