An edge material for a form is provided to prevent the edge material from being separated from a frame by inserting a projection piece in a insertion groove of the frame without following process. An edge material(40) for a form comprises a form(20) installed to manufacture the inner and outer wall surfaces when constructing/extending a building and to pour concrete; and a frame(50) having the edge material whose end surface is closely contacted at the edge of the form where the door and the window frame of the inner and outer wall surfaces are mounted to form an opening part. A projection piece(41) is integrally and longitudinally projected at the center of the rear surface of the edge material and inserted to an insertion groove(51) formed at both sides of the frame. The interval between the projection piece and the insertion groove is combined by welding from the rear of the frame.
