MORTAR MIXED FOR COVERING ON DETERIORATED CONCRETE AND METHOD FOR COVERING ON DETERIORATED CONCRETE

A section restoration mortar and a section restoration method using the same are provided to recover alkalinity of the neutralized concrete, to repress the neutralization of the mortar, and to prevent frost damage caused by the infiltration of moisture by increasing absorption resisting force. The section restoration mortar is produced by mixing inorganic powders containing Portland cement and other additives and sand with a mortar making aqueous solution or the mixed solution of the aqueous solution and water. The mortar making aqueous solution of 11-12 pH contains at least one silane compound of 1-30wt.% selected from organoalkoxysilane and organocarboxysilane, at least one silicate of 0.5-20wt.% selected from aqueous lithium silicate, aqueous potassium silicate, and aqueous sodium silicate; and at least one metal oxide of 0.5-15wt.% selected from zinc oxide, aluminum oxide, antimony oxide, and tungsten oxide dissolved in the alkali aqueous solution.
