APPARATUS FOR BITING THREAD IN SEWING THREAD WINDER

An apparatus for biting a thread in a sewing thread winder is provided to prevent the exposure of a tail thread toward the outside of a fully wound bobbin. A spindle(32) includes a head bracket(100). A head member(110) of the spindle compresses the back of a bobbin when compressing a tail spindle to the head of the bobbin. An O-shaped rubber ring is combined with the circumferential combining groove of the head member. The spindle is fixedly mounted to a spindle base by a casing(120). A support tube is inserted into a hollow portion of the casing. Shaft bearings are inserted into the inside steps formed at both penetration openings of the casing. A thread biting member(150) is formed between a protrusion rim of the head member and a shoulder contact member(106) of the head bracket.
