FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: strain is obtained by incorporation in genetic system bacteria E. coli isolated from arctic fox bowels and having gene activity which determinate microcine C 5 biosynthesis, and B-subunit of thermolabile enterotoxin Escherichia. Microcine suppresses growth and development of enterobacteria, producing thermolabile, thermostable, and shiga-like (verotoxin) enterotoxins. B-subunit shields bowel receptors against enterotoxin and initiates specific immunity in bowels due to its associating with toxin molecule protective antigen determinants. Claimed strain is used for production of drugs with prolonged action. Produced thereby microcines suppress enterotoxic enterobacteria, and produced B-subunits of thermolabile enterotoxin Escherichia molecule shield receptors against enterotoxin and initiates specific immunity in bowels. Carrier resident properties don't induce strain abruption by microecosystem of mink bowels. As a result strain-bared drugs may be used rarer and in smaller doses.;EFFECT: improved drug for fur game protection from toxicosis.;5 ex
